Cleaned

Finally. Google has taken out the warning that my site is harmful.
My site was hacked or my password found out or something or another. Every page that started with “index” had some nice little piece of obfuscated code inserted at the bottom. Moreover, two directories filled with junk html pages that redirected people to what must be nasty sites were created.
As of last check, Google has no longer deemed this site harmful.
Now back to the virus creating.
Wordpress 2.5 and the Rewrite
April 01, 2008
Wordpress 2.5 looks and feels great. The interface has been simplified somewhat and even loads faster. I like it! The problem that arose though was that Mod Rewrites were going haywire. My photo albums were not displaying.
Anyway the solution was found here at Moonlight Blog.
Hey it’s back up!
November 19, 2006
Finally my page is back up. The server company did something, or didn’t do something, and let the server get taken over by something. After waiting several days without any reply from tech support, it’s back up. I’m so glad I didn’t write too many updates this month. I only lost that inane update from last week.
Still though, even though I’m glad to see my page back up, I really am at a blank for updates. The main reason why is because I haven’t really done anything interesting these past few months. It really puts a damper on topics to write about. It’s nice to settle into a groove though - nothing bad happens. I’m sure something will happen soon enough.
Happy 2 to the 006

What better way to ring in the new year than with an upgrade to Wordpress 2.0? The GUI is much nicer but I really hate collapsing menus. The functionality seems to have been untouched but some plug-ins that worked in 1.5 did not work in 2.0. In particular, Redirectify didn’t work for me but Pages Links To does (it’s making my photo page redirect to an external gallery). I’m still having trouble with slow log in times with 2.0 but I have a feeling it’s because of the plug-ins I’m using.
We had a quiet countdown and we’re off to our regular hatsu-mode tomorrow morning with the lady’s family. I’m going to really get off my buttocks and get some information about the wedding in the next few days. Then, we’re finally planning to go to Himeji Castle one of these days as well.
Greetings from Japan!
Feel Don’t Think
September 17, 2005
I’ve moved URL if you haven’t already noticed. This is a new design I’ve been playing with for quite awhile now. It’s not all quite complete. There’s nothing in About and Photos yet but soon. I’ve wiped my photo gallery form JVision.ca because it was getting too buggy. Anyway, play around, let me know if stuff doesn’t work or look like it’s working. Firefox is a bitch to tune to.
PS. You need to fill out a name and email if you want to comment. Rest assured I will spam you endlessly with your email because my online medication business is not growing as fast as it used to.
Update
June 07, 2005
This update is about updates.
You will have already known that I am not updating as much as I used to. No one real reason can explain this but a multitude can, a multitude which I’m not interested to speak about now. Regardless, I am trying to change this. I want to update. I still like writing on my little blog.
I think what will help is if I start with a fresh look on my page. This page has enjoyed existence for too long. I must look back at the days when I’d change how this webpage looked every 2.1 weeks and then lament how bored I was with the design. This time will be slightly different though. I’ve tested Wordpress 1.5 (the latest release) and I’m planning to use that in the next facelift. I’m also planning to abandon the use of tables as much as I can and rely on CSS as much as I can. I have never been happy with the photo gallery so I’m going to change that. There will no longer be a webcam seeing how my webcam has stopped functioning for so long. Most importantly, I think I will be moving domain name. Yes. JVision has served me well but it no longer has the same meaning as it did when I first got it.
Rest assured that this will not be a drastic and sudden change. For some reason, I find myself becoming busier and more loaded with work as time goes by lately. I’m dipped into a few projects at the moment and my page has dropped in priority. One day though…
Back in black
December 13, 2004
OK, I’m putting this back up a little early. The blogger import tool worked like a charm. All my blogger posts are back up. Except… ALL the comments have been given up. There’s no easy way to import the comments so I’m dumping them. It’s quite a loss really, some of the threads were quite good. Oh well, there’ll be more comments to look forward to I’m sure. So far, a few pages are still not up and posts made prior to blogger are still down. I’ve updated twice before this so you can go read those too if you’re bored. I can’t wait till everything is back up.
New JVision soon
June 03, 2004
Disregard the fucked up comments. I’m changing to the Blogger comments just to have everything in one place. I’m putting final touches on the new design and it will be used very shortly.
Happy June 3rd Day!
Cell phone blogging

Oh yeah! With this new feature I’m a virtual reporter!
Blogger Becomes Cool
Blogger.com got a new facelift and with it came some new features. There’s the long awaited comments now. I’ll probably make the switch over to the blogger comments since dotComments just seems too buggy for me. There’s an email publishing feature now - I update to an email address and it automatically publishes it. Cool ne?
I’ll be making a new blog here pretty soon but I feel so shitty since the free templates look way better than anything I can make.
More updatings coming soon as I have written down a rough draft of something more substantial.

Now with easy uploading and even blockquotes!
