D&D 4th Edition

I got my second chance to try out 4th edition today. I have to say I’m coming around on it. I tried out a 4th level paladin today and it was interesting figuring out its different powers and trying to think of ways to make them fit around the party. I haven’t had a chance to thoroughly read the different player’s handbooks yet but it seems like the array of powers available are enough to suit many styles of players.
I personally like powerful melee builds but it was fun to see different powers that aid other party members or cause penalties to the enemies. I think I’ll have to pick up the books and maybe build a character from scratch to make it fit my preferences.
